The security code is a security standard for credit cards. All newly issued credit cards have three additional digits that are added to the card number on the back of the card. On American Express cards, this four digit code is printed on the front of the card. These numbers are found only on the credit card itself and in the database of the credit card company. This security code is used to determine whether the payer is the rightful cardholder.

What is an IBAN?

An IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a code, valid internationally, including a combination of the ISO country code, bank ID and account number. The IBAN is set up as follows:

2 digit country code
2 digit confirmation code (a checksum for banks)
8 digit routing number from the your personal bank
10 digit payee account number (if an account number is less than 10 digits, the left side of the IBAN needs to be filled in with zeros)

An example of an IBAN for the account number 692 77 506 with the bank number 370 100 50 would be: DE60370100500069277506

Tip:

Please omit all spaces when entering the IBAN and BIC in any electronic media.
You should be able to find both the BIC and IBAN on your bank account statements.
The IBAN can only be provided by your personal bank. You should never use an IBAN that has been calculated in any way other than demonstrated above.

Conditions for using a product with a free trial period

You may use the product free of charge during a one-time trial period. The length of the trial period may vary from product to product and is displayed during the order process. If you cancel your order prior to the end of the trial period by visiting the Customer Care Center at https://account.mycommerce.com/Home/Faq, you will not incur any costs for using the product, and your credit or debit card or your account will not be charged. Each customer is entitled to only one trial period per product.

By placing your order, you agree to pay the product price displayed during the order process unless you cancel your order at least two business days prior to the end of the trial period. If you do not cancel within the time frame stated above, you agree that we are authorized to charge the product price to your credit or debit card, or to debit your account. Once payment has been received, you will be able to continue using the product after the trial period has ended. However, in some cases, this will require delivering an updated product after payment has been received.

Below you will find an example of a discount calculation for reseller orders. In addition to applying a reseller discount granted by the publisher, the reseller may use a coupon code to receive a promotion discount.

10% discount coupon code from a promotion.
Plus a 20% reseller discount offered by the publisher for each purchase.
The order value is USD 295.00.
First, the 10% promotion discount is applied:
USD 295.00 - USD 29.50 (10% of 295.00) = USD 265.50
The 20% reseller discount is applied to the remaining total of USD 265.50.
USD 265.00 - USD 53.10 (20% of 265.50) = USD 212.40
After all discounts, the reseller will have to pay a total of USD 212.40 plus VAT, if applicable.

Subscription Conditions

You can use this product or this service for the duration of your subscription. The duration of the subscription, the billing period, and the price per subscription period for each product will be displayed during the order process. Limited subscriptions will end automatically. Unlimited subscriptions may be terminated by either party at any time.
